What is your lead time for bulk goods?
A: Honestly, it depends on order quantity and cable material. Normal lead time is around 2-3 weeks.
Q: How do you guarantee quality?
A: We are a UL/TUV/CSA/SAA/ISO9000.1 certificated company. All our materials are RoHS 2.0. When production, For each step inspector, is on routing inspection, and 100% test before delivery.
Q: What is LSZH material?
A: Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen (LSZH or LSOH) is a type of plastic used in the wire and cable industry for cable jacketing. LSOH cable jacketing is custom compounded to produce minimal smoke and low toxicity when exposed to fire.
Q: What is the difference between PVC and LSZH cables?
A: PVC cable (made of polyvinyl chloride) has a jacket that gives off heavy black smoke, hydrochloric acid, and other toxic gases when it burns. Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) cable has a flame-resistant jacket that doesn’t emit toxic fumes even if it burns.
Q: Which is better FRLS or LSZH?
A: Low smoke emits clearer and thinner smoke when burning. This helps people to exit the building faster and safely. FRLS cables shall emit a certain amount of toxic gases (< 17% by weight), whereas Zero halogen cables do not emit any toxic gases as it does not contain halogens like fluorine, bromine, and chlorine.
Q: Where is LSZH cable used?
A: LSZH cables should be used in places with major possibilities of fire accidents namely: power plants, industrial complexes, hotels, and places of public gathering. Hence the cables used in the various electrical installation must be resistant to fire and yet be functional and not increase
