6. What will we encounter?

Although with the rapid development of the national economy, the degree of automation is getting higher and higher, and the use of control cables is becoming more and more extensive. Custom control cables will also encounter the same failure as ordinary control cables, and there are many reasons for the failure.

(1) Limited by the construction conditions on site, the custom control cables are subjected to strong external forces when they are passed through the pipes and laid along the bridge, and the insulation sheath is damaged or twisted seriously, burying hidden dangers for normal operation. 

(2) Very few custom control cables are too long, the joints are not obvious, no joints were found during construction, and the joints were not specially treated and used directly. After running for a period of time, they became hot and malfunctioned. 

(3) The length of the custom control cable is not enough during construction, and the construction unit joints the cables. The process of jointing is simple and the insulation strength is low, which lays hidden danger for normal operation. 

(4) Due to the limitation of the working environment, the cable works in a place with high temperature, high humidity, greasy or high vibration for a long time, and the insulation sheath is damaged, which reduces the insulation capacity of the cable. 

(5) During the re-construction, due to the unknown direction of the cable, the insulation sheath was damaged by external force.
