Q: What’s the difference between Armoured cable and BX cable?
A: A main difference in their designs and how they are grounded. BX is usually ground through the sheath; this is why BX cables most often need to be buried. Armored cables also ground through the sheath but can be exposed in certain areas without causing the system to ground.
Q: May I show my logo on the cable and package?
A: Sure. Please inform us. And confirm the design to us as soon as you can, at least before production.
Q: Can I have a sample of your cable?
A: Yes, we welcome samples to test and check quality. Every year we keep a piece sample when production. So at least we can send you a piece of the similar sample, it’s free.
