UL THHN / THWN / THWN-2 / TWN75 è adatto per installation in the pipeline. For indoor, outdoor, overhead, pipes, cable bridge, and no more than 600 V circuit, direct burning,etc. installation. Used for NEC class I, level II and classification second-class dangerous environment. Its in damp environment temperature 75 ℃ in the work, the dry environment for 90 ℃, 130 ℃ temperature for emergency overload, short-circuit temperature of 250 ℃. Don’t suggest to use this kind of product in the direct current circuit under damp Environment .This product meet UL certification (MTW), and fits UL 83, UL1581 standards Benvenuto all'inchiesta.
THHN THWN THWN-2 TWN75 wires have thin flame-resistant PVC insulation , and oil-resistant nylon jacket. Nylon wires are suitable for applications up to 90ºC in dry locations and 75ºC in wet conditions. THHN cables meet the UL 83 standard, as well as the UL 106 Standard for safety machine-tool wires and cables.

Nylon material (or Polyamide) was the first synthetic fiber to appear in the world that was produced by the distinguished American scientist Carothers and a research team under his leadership. Carothers produced the Nylon 66 at that time, which is still one of the most common variants today. During World War II, there was a greater demand for Nylon compared to the supply of natural items such as silk, rubber, and latex.
Nylon material is an engineering thermoplastic that is easy to machine and can serve as various mechanical end parts. Nowadays, it has been widely used in various applications, including apparel, the reinforcement material of rubber-like car tires, for use as a rope or thread, and for many injections molded parts for vehicles and machinery. Since it has higher impact strength, relative abrasion resistance, and long-lasting chemical features, better elasticity, it is often used to replace low strengthen metal parts in automobile engines.
